about me
I am a cyberbullying and bullying coach. I worked as a school-based specialist teaching staff member (Lehrfachkraft) with the Senat für Bildung, Jugend und Familie in Berlin, with a professional background in body-oriented Gestalt therapy and trauma-informed work
workshop experience
Between 2015 and 2023, I delivered on-site school workshops directly in classrooms with children and adolescents across different types of schools in Berlin (public schools, independent/non-state schools, and alternative settings including Waldorf-based schools).
During intensive periods, I facilitated approximately 30–60 workshops per year.
As part of this work, I also led video-based projects, supporting children and teens in creating short video materials about tolerance, respect, and bullying/cyberbullying.
school work
From 2020 to 2025, I worked in a primary school and a special education/support center (Förderzentrum) in Berlin as part of a psychological and counseling team. I helped build case consultation structures, handled and consulted on cases, supported parents, and collaborated with youth welfare services (Jugendamt). I also participated in school safety initiatives and school entry/assessment projects.
In addition, I led class projects related to class climate, developed custom questionnaires to assess social dynamics and safety, organized sports/activity groups (including for children with ADHD), provided one-to-one support in difficult situations, and supported refugee children affected by traumatic experiences.
Today, I support teens, parents, and schools in Polish and English, offering calm, structured, actionable guidance.
FAQ
What is bullying?
Bullying is not just a one-time conflict.
It is a repeated experience of exclusion, humiliation, or pressure — often within school or peer groups.
It can look like:
being left out or ignored
being mocked or insulted
subtle group dynamics where a child loses their place
What is cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying often continues where school ends.
Through messages, social media, or group chats, the pressure can follow a child into every space.
It can include:
hurtful messages or comments
exclusion from online groups
spreading rumors or images
constant digital pressure without a safe place to recover
How bullying and cyberbullying affect child?
Many children don’t speak openly about what they are going through.
Instead, it often shows in more subtle ways — which parents and educators may begin to notice:
a loss of confidence
anxiety or emotional overwhelm
difficulty concentrating
withdrawing from friends or family
physical symptoms (such as headaches or stomach aches)
a growing sense of being alone or powerless
Is it confidential?
Yes, with standard legal exceptions where immediate risk of harm requires protective action.
Is this a therapy?
Do you work with minors?
Yes. Depending on age and context, we agree on a safe structure and appropriate parent/guardian involvement.
If there is immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
